Starting and running a business at times can be overwhelming and sometimes you need a little help along the way. So to assist you on your journey, we offer one on one virtual assistant coaching for the new and seasoned administrative/executive professional. The assistance you need, all from the comforts of your home.

What is Coaching?
Coaching is a method of directing, instructing and training a person or group of people, with the aim to achieve some goal or develop specific skills (Per Wikipedia). Your personal coach is focused on you. Coaching is a unique approach that gives you personal attention to your business success, and you define what success means to you.

To illustrate: You and a friend are traveling on a road. You both have your backpacks and some gear. You are holding the map while walking, but the road is very bumpy, dim and hazy and it's preventing you from seeing clearly. But your friend has a flashlight. He pulls out his flashlight and shines the light on the path while you are holding the map so you can focus and see clearly on the path to your destination. Coaching is a light to help you to your destination.

Who Benefits From Virtual Assistant Coaching?
The emerging virtual assistant (new and seasoned administrative professionals) who may be starting out and need help, and the established virtual assistant who has already started their business, but may be stuck in an area or have a challenge they can't get past. Virtual assistant coaching is designed to take you to the next level in your business progression or to help you with a desired goal. Life and business are a series of commitments. If you are consistent and stay the course, you will succeed. Even through the bumps in the road. We work together as a team to achieve your desired results and provide a healthier and more efficient work at home experience.

One on One Coaching
Coaching sessions are usually 30-45 minutes long, or 60 minutes long for our project coaching plan. The sessions focus on your individual goals and needs. As always I will do my best to assist you with whatever business topics you need to discuss.   I will help you reach your specific goal(s) and will be with you every step along the way. Whether you need someone to bounce ideas off of or need help on how to survive while transitioning from job loss and building your business.  You choose the topic and I will help.     • Virtual Assistant Coaching Plans
    Every person has a unique need. So for your convenience, two plans are provided that can be tailored to fit your specific needs. A project coaching plan and a ongoing coaching plan.

    1. VA Project Coaching Plan (60 minute sessions) provides assistance to professionals who might not necessarily need ongoing support. You may only need limited help on a one-time basis. Help such as preparing a proposal or brainstorming on an idea. Typical investment is $90.00 per session.

    2. Ongoing VA Coaching Plan (30-45 minute sessions) provides assistance to professionals who may need help and support on an ongoing basis such as weekly, bi-weekly or monthly along with unlimited e-mail support. Typical investment is $85.00 per session.

    How is Coaching Provided?
    We will use a combination of telephone, email and online collaboration software with a pre-scheduled appointment for your coaching sessions.

    What is the Process?
    As your personal VA Coach, I will work with you to understand your business (new or existing), it's challenges and it's strengths. Together we will move your business in the direction that you want it to go.

  • 1.  Client's are asked to fill out an initial preparation form before the call with their concerns and challenges.

  • 2.  We will discuss & analyze what's working and what's not working to identfy your needs and to outline goals. We will also discuss systems and how important they are.

  • 3.  We will create together an action plan based on the identified goals with your next steps for desired results.

    • When finished, you will be more focused with defined goals to help with your business progression and I will be with you every step of the way. Initially, you will receive a complimentary coaching session. If you want to proceed, a contract will be presented to you outlining sessions, procedures and coaching fees.
